In this video, I showed how and where to apply Motion blur and Radial blur effects in Photoshop in Bangla. I discussed how to separate subject and background and apply the Motion blur effects separately to each of them. I showed how to convert the layers to smart object before applying filter effects to apply them in a non-destructive and editable way. I explained how angle and distance work in terms of Motion blur. And after that I discussed about Radial blur. I showed both Spin and zoom Radial blur methods to different images to point out exactly what they do and how to apply them. I also showed when and how to change the blur center for Radial blur effects.
