Hello viewers! I am Rakib. In this lesson, I will discuss about the Blur, Sharpen and Smudge tool in Photoshop. With the blur tool you can blur part of an image like this. The more strength you set the more intensively it will be applied. And you have the other options, the blending mode and if you are working with multiple layers you have that option Sample all layers and the hardness and different brush options. Let's choose the Sharpen tool. It does the opposite of the blur tool. It sharpens the area of an image. You can see the result and one thing you should remember which is: The blur tool removes noise and the sharpen tool increases the noise. Applying any of them too much will not look good, you can see that here. So you will only apply the amount that will look good and you can do a lot of things using this Smudge tool like if we choose this brush tip and increase it and you can hold shift and drag like this. So that will create a pattern for us. So in this way you can create any pattern using this smudge tool. There are a lot of other ways that you can use this tool. Let's see another example on a different image. In this image, I have completed clipping path around this children and let's press Ctrl+Enter to make the selection and press Ctrl+J to duplicate this selection and we will pick a different background and now we will set it behind and if we zoom in you can see the hair of this child is not looking that good because it's a cut out not a hair masking. We will see how we can apply hair masking later but now we will see after cut out how we can enhance the hair edges using this Smudge tool. So we will keep this layer as a backup and we will press Ctrl+J and uncheck this and we will select a brush for it. I am selecting this one and we can drug like this that will enhance the edge. So now if you uncheck this and see this one, you can see the difference. Here is the before and here is the after enhanced. So in this way you can apply the smudge tool and also there is a lot of options for you to select from here, different brush tips will provide you different results. You can check them out. Hello viewers! I am Rakib. In the previous lesson, I have discussed about the brush tool and changing it's different properties and in this lesson, you will see how we can create our own brushes and how we can load or import different brushes that are downloaded from online. So let's create our own brush first. So this is the cup that I want to make a brush using it. So in this case, you have to make a selection around this object. I have already created clipping path around this object so I can make a selection. If you don't know how to create clipping path then you can watch my Pen tool lesson. When you have completed our clipping path we can press Ctrl + Enter from our keyboard and we have to Go to: Edit/Define brush preset and we can enter a name and click OK so we are done. Here is the brush that we have created and we can pick a color and apply it like this and also all the properties of the brush panel; these are also applicable into this brush. We can select color dynamics and pick 2 different colors and now we can spray and we will get different colors. So that's how you can create your own brush and use it. Now let's see how we can import or load different brushes in Photoshop. This is the brush pack that I have downloaded from online. I will put a link in the description box from where you can download one thousand brushes for free. So to load it into the Photoshop, we will select the brush tool from here, click here, and click here and we will go to: Load brushes and we will locate the file directory and select the file and click load and the brushes will be loaded. So this is one way and there is another way to do it. You can copy the file and go to the directory in which you have installed the Photoshop. Probably it's the C drive and if you are using 64 bit then Program files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop/ and Presets/brushes. We can paste it here. Continue. If you go to the Photoshop and you will not see it here. You need to restart the Photoshop. Now you can see it here. Let's reset brushes and select it, OK. So these are the brushes. So in this way, you can import your brushes into the Photoshop. So thanks for watching and hope to see you in the next lesson.

Hello viewers! I am Rakib. In this lesson, I will discuss about Brush tool in Photoshop which is here, Brush tool. We will create a new layer for our changes and click here, so these are the default brush tips in Photoshop. Depending on your version it may slightly vary. If you click here and select this large thumbnail then you can get a larger view of these tips. You can select any of the brush tip and pick a color from here and paint with it. Whenever you select a brush tip, then you can see the brush tip preview but if you have the Caps lock on then you see this. So don't get confused with this one. You can do the same thing with it. But whenever the caps lock is off then you can see the brush tip. So let's go here again. If you click here, so these are the brush categories that you can select from here rather than these default brush tips. You can select the Calligraphic Brushes and when you select any of the category then you find this message; whether you want to replace all these default brushes with Calligraphic Brushes. If you select OK, then it will replace all these default brushes. If you choose a different category and select append then those new brushes will append below. Let's select another category, click OK. Let's delete this layer and create a new one. We can pick any of the brush from here and we can change the size of the brush and we can also change the hardness but for this particular brush the hardness is not available for changing. You can pick a different brush and that will allow you to change the hardness. If I select this brush tip and paint with it then you can see, you can see this. But if we change this angle then we can see a different angle. So using this we can change the angle of our brush and also we can change the roundness. Let's choose a different category. Let's choose this brush tip and paint with it. You can change the blending modes from here. I have discussed in detail about the blending modes in the lesson Working with layers. If you want then you can check that out. With Multiply mode, we can pick a different color and apply it. So that's the Multiply blending mode. We can change the opacity of our brush, we can change the flow. If you have a pressure sensative graphic pen then you can enable these two options. It will allow you to increase or decrease the Opacity or Flow following the Pen pressure. Let's delete it. Let's select a different brush tip from here. If I click here once then you can see just one spray but if I click and hold you can see the same thing here. But if I enable this option and click here once that's for one click. If I click and hold then you can see this result. That means, this Air brush option allows you to spray continuously by clicking and holding the mouse button. Let's choose a different category. OK. Now, I will pick this brush tip and if you click here, this is the Brush Panel. You will find different properties of the brush that you can change and apply in your design or editing. And you can select the brush presets  from here. This will show you a better view of the brushes you have. Let's go to the brush panel. You can change all of these properties for your brush from here and you will see the preview in this box. Let's uncheck all these first and start with the Brush tip shape. You can change the size from here. You can change the spacing and you can flip it horizontally or vertically. You can also change the Angle and Roundness from here as well. You can also select the Shape Dynamics and change the size jitter, minimum diameter, angle jitter, roundness and some other options. You can select the Scattering and change the Scatter, Count. We can see a lot of variations below. You can apply texture if you want and change these properties. Let's uncheck the texture now and select the Dual brush. This is an interesting option. You can apply a brush within a brush. Like we have selected a brush and we can pick another brush within that selected brush. Let's increase the opacity and flow to 100%. And we can now uncheck this first and draw and if we select the Dual brush and select select a different pattern and we can change the size, spacing. We can choose a different  brush tip. We can choose a different color and now we can draw. So it will result like this. You can choose the Color Dynamics, that will allow you to use multiple colors instead of a selected color. You need to select the Foreground color as well as the Background color and it will use these foreground and background colors to generate multiple colors dynamically. You can also change these values from here. These are some other options. You can check all these. I don't want to go through all these options and below this line these are 5 options. You can either check or uncheck them. And then you can paint like this. So, all these are temporary changes of that particular brush tip. To keep these changes, you need to click here to create a brush preset and we can name it. 'Ducks New'. If you want it to remember this diameter then you can check this option, but if you don't then you can uncheck it and click OK. Let's delete it and create a new layer and we have this Brush preset here, 'Ducks New'. And now we can paint with it but if you select the previous one and draw then you will get the result like before. So that's it for this lesson. Hello viewers! I am Rakib. In this lesson, I will show you how you can fix these kind of red eyes using the Red eye tool which is under the Spot healing brush tool, at the bottom, the Red eye tool and after correcting these, we will see how we can make a before and after version of our change. So we will press ctrl J to duplicate our main layer and we will make our changes in this layer. After selecting this tool, we can just click and that will fix it. We can also drag like this, and that will work the same. Basically what is does is, it finds that red area and paints it with Black color like the human eye. And here the Pupil size and Darken amount values are set as 50% by default. You can change them if necessary but in most of the cases, you will find these will work just fine. So that's it for this tool, now let's see how we can make a before and after version. We will double click this background layer to make it normal layer. We will select the crop tool to increase the canvas like this. Select the move tool to get rid of it. And now we can move this layer below. We need to increase it a little bit more, press Enter. So our edited layer is below and now we can add a separator, change the color to Blue and we can also type some text here. We need to increase the size, press Ctrl T and increase it like this. We can change the color. Make a copy of that text. So that's our before and after version of this change. So in this way, you can make your before and after version. So, that's it.
